Job Description
The City of Baltimore is seeking an Assistant Counsel (NCS) for the Department of Housing and Community Development. The successful candidate will perform title abstracts, title examinations, and advise on legal aspects related to real property titles. They will also draft and review documents, and assist in the coordination of development activities with community organizations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited college or university
- Passed the Bar Exam
- Two years of experience in trial work, legal writing, and/or municipal law
