Job Description
The Assistant Solicitor will provide sound advice and counsel to Baltimore City departments on environmental law and compliance issues. The role involves partnering with the Mayor’s Office and other City departments, as well as interacting with private parties and state regulators.
Requirements
- Evaluate proposed transactions and provide related advice
- Negotiate environmental terms for City projects
