Job Description
The Baltimore City Health Department (BCHD) is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to serve as the principal medical and public health advisor for BCHD. The CMO position requires an agile physician leader who can provide executive-level guidance on clinical, operational, and public health matters to advance BCHD’s mission of protecting the health and wellbeing of Baltimore City residents.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
- Master’s degree in public health, health administration or business administration, or a related field required a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, with management and/or senior leadership role in public health, healthcare administration, or a related setting
