Job Description
The Baltimore City Health Department is seeking a Clinical Health Director to oversee and manage the Adolescent & Reproductive Health and Immunization Services clinical operations. The position will lead the clinics, ensure they meet funding requirements, and coordinate service delivery.
Requirements
- Provides direct out–patient reproductive health care services to 20-25 clients per week
- Serves as Medical Director for the ARH and IZ programs
- Trains and supervises clinical staff
- Determines new clinical priorities, policies, and protocols
- Develops and monitors continuous quality improvement (CQI) measures
