Job Description
The Correspondence Unit Liaison is responsible for providing customer service assistance to constituents via all written formats. The position reports to the Lead Correspondence Liaison.
Requirements
- Respond to constituent requests for ceremonial documents
- Input constituent information into the Correspondence Unit database
- Provide verbiage for ceremonial documents
- Prepare and distribute ceremonial documents
- Assist in the dissemination of all correspondence received by the Mayor’s Office
- Act as liaison between constituents and various city agencies
- Inform the Lead Correspondence Liaison, Deputy Director and Director of all important or high alert issues and activities
