Volunteer Services Supervisor

As a Volunteer Services Supervisor at Fort Edmonton Park, you will be a part of the Volunteer Services team that connects inspired Edmontonians with opportunities for them to contribute to authentic and unique experiences for our guests.

Requirements

• Recruit, screen, and interview volunteers
• Deliver volunteer orientations, onboarding, and training to comply with Occupational Health & Safety Standards, and City of Edmonton policies
• Support other units onsite with ongoing scheduling, coaching, and evaluation of their respective volunteers
• Maintain ongoing communication with our volunteers, and keep volunteer records in accordance with records management best practices; produce reports as needed
• Maintain program supply inventory, procure as needed, and maximize budget
• Support with planning and attending volunteer events; this may on occasion include support with outreach events
• Support Volunteer Services Program Coordinator with evaluation of the volunteer program
• Other duties as assigned
