Volunteer Services Supervisor

Join our Volunteer Services team at Fort Edmonton Park as a Volunteer Services Supervisor. You'll recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to contribute to our site bringing Edmonton's rich history to life.

Requirements

• Recruit, screen, and interview volunteers
• Deliver volunteer orientations, onboarding, and training
• Support other units onsite with ongoing scheduling, coaching, and evaluation of volunteers
• Maintain ongoing communication with volunteers and keep volunteer records
• Maintain program supply inventory and procure as needed
• Support with planning and attending volunteer events
• Support evaluation of the volunteer program
