Job Description
The City of Fort Worth is hiring a Workers' Compensation - Care Coordinator to support assigned departments with care coordination and injured employee support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-adapted to work under pressure, and has strong professional experience in workers' compensation and human resources practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, public administration, business administration, risk management, or a related field
- Three (3) years of increasingly responsible professional human resources experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
