ADON/Care Coordinator (Full-Time)

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to join their team at Vitalia Highland Heights. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing exceptional community culture, assembling and managing personalized care needs, and ensuring adherence to community standards and regulations. Must have at least 3 years of experience in resident care in assisted living, a Med Tech license or enrollment in a Med Tech class, and good health.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a Med Tech license or be enrolled in a Med Tech class within 90 days of hire
• Have at least 3 years of experience in resident care in assisted living
• Have a thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations
• Have experience in hands-on care of memory-impaired residents
• Be able to maintain and update effective service plans
• Be able to supervise care staff
• Have a comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law
• Be able to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and community staff
• Be in good health, and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
• Demonstrate freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis within 7 days of employment
• Must be criminally cleared by DOJ and FBI prior to the initial presence in the facility
• Must have a clean driving record as per the insurance carrier's policy
