The Resident Care Coordinator serves as a liaison between residents, their families, and the care team, promoting a supportive and safe living environment. They support the Health and Wellness Director by assisting in scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring that systems are in place to provide quality assisted living services in all resident care areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must meet the state requirements for medication administration in assisted living
- An LVN nursing license is required
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least two (2) years of experience administering medications and providing care in a professional caregiving setting
- At least one (1) year of relevant supervisory experience, including staff scheduling
- Excellent attention to detail and high integrity
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A positive attitude, empathy, patience, and a commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect
