Requirements
- Schedule and assign caregiving and medication technician shifts
- Supervise, train, and support care team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Coordinate care planning with home health agencies
- Coordinate admissions with the sales team
- Facilitate effective communication among residents, their families, and healthcare providers
- Address residents' special needs, requests, and complaints
- Assist with medication administration and provide direct care to residents as needed
