Job Description
Maintenance Technician I is responsible for general repair, maintenance and upkeep of City/BLW facilities and equipment, assisting in tasks such as furniture repair, roof maintenance, and plumbing repairs.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Minimum three years' experience in general building maintenance
- Satisfactory driving history including no DUI's in the last 5 years
- Ability to lift, pull or push moderate to heavy objects and walk or stand for extended periods
- Possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to operate a personal computer, MS office products
