As a Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment

- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience
- Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems
