Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, completing tasks such as unit make-readies, preventative maintenance, and service requests. The role involves working well with others, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to solve problems and multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience
- Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems, or similar
