Job Description
The Bronx District Attorney is seeking an experienced attorney to handle post-conviction litigation, including direct appeals, motion responses, and federal writs of habeas corpus. The attorney will represent the People of the State of New York in appellate litigation and address complex legal issues.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree
- 3+ years of appellate attorney experience
- U.S. citizenship and New York State residency
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively under deadlines
