Job Description
The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) seeks an Assistant General Counsel to serve as a legal expert responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, managing litigation, and advising on rulemaking and administrative law matters. The selected candidate will report to the General Counsel/Deputy Commissioner for TLC and represent the agency at internal and external meetings.
Requirements
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- One year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar
- Six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne (30086)
