Job Description
The New York City Department of Investigation seeks an outstanding candidate to serve as Chief of Staff for the Operations Division, providing project management support and strategic guidance to the Deputy Commissioner and various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the Deputy Commissioner of Operations
- Provide guidance and specialized support to unit heads and managers
- Manage projects of strategic importance to the agency
- Develop standard operating procedures
- Track and analyze policies and regulations
- Implement stakeholder strategies on policy and procedural issues
- Attend executive level meetings and follow-up on action items
- Analyze quantitative data and synthesize into effective presentations and memos
