Job Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to assist with the review of engineering proposals and ensure compliance with DEP standards and engineering practices. The selected candidate will perform engineering work of moderate difficulty and interact with consulting engineers to review and approve projects.
Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree in civil engineering from an accredited college
- Ability to interact with consulting engineers and city agencies
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
