Job Description
The New York City Department of Correction is seeking a qualified construction project manager to oversee construction efforts at various jail facilities, manage partner agencies and design-build teams, and ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- At least six years of experience in construction management work on capital projects
- Experience in supervising or inspecting installations in correctional or other congregate facilities
- Sound understanding of applicable codes and installation practices
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
