Job Description
The Director of Data Communications will oversee the development and maintenance of The NYC Environment and Health Data Portal, a key resource for NYC Health to share data and environmental and public health communications with the public. The incumbent will report to the Executive Director of Informatics and will be responsible for overseeing a team consisting of 3 employees. The position involves setting the vision for the portal, collaborating with subject matter experts, leading product development, supporting development, championing user experience, and building the team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in an appropriate field of specialization
- Three years of responsible full-time research experience in the appropriate field of specialization
- Two years as a City Research Scientist Level I can be substituted for the experience required
