Job Description
The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is hiring for an Inspector position. The Inspector will conduct field enforcement, undercover inspections, and participate in multi-agency enforcement actions to protect consumers and workers. The position involves enforcing laws and regulations, investigating trade practices, and preparing summonses.
Requirements
- Four years of full-time, satisfactory experience conducting investigations or inspections for a consumer or worker protection agency
- Possession of a Motor Vehicle Driver License valid in the State of New York
- High school diploma or its educational equivalent
