Job Description
The Payment Analyst will perform various financial and accounting functions, including reviewing and processing payments, ensuring invoices are paid promptly, and performing accounting closing procedures. The selected candidate will report to the Financial Services Supervisor and must have a permanent principal administrative associate civil service title or be reachable on the principal administrative associate exam no. 1128.
Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- Three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
- One year of experience in an administrative capacity or supervising staff
- Ability to communicate, coordinate, and resolve payment issues with vendors and stakeholders
