Job Description
The Department of Social Services is recruiting for a Senior Developer to provide technical support and development for mission-critical systems, focusing on refining and developing the Agency's imaging application and web services.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, or related field
- Four years of experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology and/or domain
- Development and enhancement support for ESS/Imaging applications using object oriented languages such as C# and.NET technologies
- Contribution to analysis, design, development, maintenance, and optimization of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2
- Assessment, estimation, and recommendation of improvements to system architecture and infrastructure
- Implementation of standards, controls, and quality assurance measures aligned with OTI Cyber and Information Security policies and procedures
- Technical support to ITS developers, support teams, and end users for ESS applications and integrations
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for system changes and enhancements
