Job Description
The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Public Buildings Division seeks a Senior Project Manager to manage complex capital commitment projects, review proposed projects, and work with Sponsor Agencies from project inception to construction completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, landscape architecture, or related field
- Five years of experience in project management work, including supervising employees performing project management work
- Valid New York State license as a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect or Registered Landscape Architect
