Job Description
The Ottawa Public Library seeks an Indigenous Library Planning Advisor to promote an inclusive environment and provide strategic advice to staff and senior management. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and acting, as well as experience working with Indigenous communities.
Requirements
- Lead strategic planning and service improvement for OPL's Indigenous partners
- Collaborate in the development, delivery, and improvement of Indigenous customer services
- Strengthen OPL's relationships and consultations with Indigenous communities
- Provide support for research, analysis, and writing to meet the diverse requirements of the Division
