Santé publique Ottawa (SPO) is seeking an Indigenous Health Specialist to contribute to the advancement of SPO's Indigenous health, rights, and reconciliation initiatives. The selected candidate will work with Indigenous and non-Indigenous partners to advocate for systemic changes that improve healthcare services and address Indigenous health determinants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, including Indigenous studies, social work, public policy, health administration, public health, organizational development, adult education, or a related field
• At least three years of relevant work experience with Indigenous organizations and communities
• Excellent understanding of Indigenous perspectives, cultures, and local groups and organizations
