Application Support Specialist

The Application Support Specialist will act as a member of the technical support team for specific technology implementations within the Department of Revenue and support the vendor-heavy ecosystem those systems rely on. The specialist will develop an understanding of the business processes surrounding the assigned applications, maintain expertise in system functionality, and analyze use cases and technical capabilities to recommend improvements to system configuration or business processes.
