Job Description
FSRI is looking for a Milieu Counselor to provide guidance and supervision of children/adolescents in a residential setting, promoting their physical and mental well-being. Responsible for implementing Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) in the milieu setting.
Requirements
- Empathetic and good listener
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial and socioeconomic issues
