The Senior Budget & Operations Analyst will coordinate financial services, provide strategic financial advice, and prepare operating and capital budgets for Solid Waste Management Services.
Requirements
- Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA) and progressive professional experience in business planning and financial management
- Extensive experience in service planning, service-based performance budgeting, and financial planning/management processes
- Experience using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint software tools
- Knowledge of enterprise-wide financial, human resources, and budgeting systems (preferably SAP)
- Highly developed interpersonal, human relations, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
