Job Description
The IMPACT Associate – Equity, Diversity & Inclusion role supports the Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in project work across the organization and in the community. Responsibilities include project coordination, research and evaluation, and day-to-day operational needs for the team. Opportunities to contribute to projects making the City more welcoming and inclusive exist, with some meetings taking place outside regular work hours.
Requirements
- Collaborate closely and actively participate in feedback sessions with a supervisor
- Utilize tools and software platforms under the direct guidance of your supervisor
- Participate actively in the development and enhancement of projects aligned with the department's strategic goals
