IMPACT Associate - Sport & Recreation Services

The Sport & Recreation Services team is seeking an IMPACT Associate to support inclusive sport programs, community events, and special initiatives across the city. As an IMPACT Associate, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to programs that promote access, equity, and belonging.

Requirements

• Collaborate closely and actively participate in feedback sessions with a supervisor to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's operations.
• Utilize tools and software platforms under the direct guidance of your supervisor.
• Participate actively in the development and enhancement of projects aligned with the department's strategic goals.
• Provide valuable field and/or office support to support the successful execution of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate shared learning and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of innovative solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of your work process, including any challenges encountered and problem-solving approaches employed.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different departments or teams on cross-functional projects to gain a broader perspective and develop a well-rounded skill set supporting your knowledge and success in a municipal career.
• Attend and actively participate in educational activities that enhance your knowledge and skills, aligning with IMPACT program objectives and the department's needs.
