The IMPACT Associate – Housing role is a temporary position that will support the implementation of the City’s Tenant Support Program. The Associate will work with the City’s Tenant Planner to review development applications and liaise with tenants and developers. The position is well-suited for someone interested in planning, community development, housing, or social policy.
Requirements
- Collaborate closely and actively participate in feedback sessions with a supervisor to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's operations.
- Utilize tools and software platforms under the direct guidance of your supervisor.
- Participate actively in the development and enhancement of projects aligned with the department's strategic goals.
- Provide valuable field and/or office support to support the successful execution of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate shared learning and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of your work process, including any challenges encountered and problem-solving approaches employed.
- Attend and actively participate in educational activities that enhance your knowledge and skills, aligning with IMPACT program objectives and the department's needs.
