Job Description
CityParks Golf is seeking experienced players, coaches or PE teachers to provide free beginner golf lessons to children in NYC parks. Instructors will be trained to teach a standardized First Tee curriculum and will be members of the CityParks Play Department.
Requirements
- Demonstrate and teach daily lesson plans
- Work with 1-2 other coaches to organize large groups of children in an orderly and safe manner
- Monitor weekly attendance and maintain accurate records of class participants
- Answer questions from parents and promote to the community
- Arrive promptly to various designated and appointed park sites
