Contract Compliance Manager/Night Manager

The Contract Compliance Manager is responsible for the quality control of general business operations and client satisfaction, working independently and with others. The role involves managing client expectations, ensuring compliance, managing inspections, customer complaints, and developing relationships with independent contractors and in-house staff. Communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma required or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry.
• 2 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or off-site locations.
• Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
• Must be able to work at night – hours may range anywhere between 5pm – 2am (depending upon the specific needs on any particular day).
• MS Office, Internet skills required.
