Job Description
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager for their Burnaby office. This inside B2B account management role focuses on retaining existing client relationships, expanding services, negotiating contracts, supervising Night Managers, and ensuring high client satisfaction. The position requires proactive communication, quality control, and continuous process improvement. This is a fully remote position with on-call responsibilities.
