Job Description
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to account for a client-contracted service area in Vancouver, British Columbia. This outside B2B account management position involves managing client relationships, contract negotiation, supplies procurement, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and quality control. The role requires daily travel and flexibility to meet client needs.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of client relationships, including client retention, expansion, and diversification.
- Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services.
- Inspect Contractor performance and compliance.
- Supervise and direct Night Managers.
- Communicate client issues promptly to Contractors and the Director of Operations.
- Develop and implement a plan to resolve client complaints.
- Utilize City Wide's CRM for client tracking and documentation.
