• Receive calls or emails requests from clients for various reasons related to service or daily operations.
• Respond to customer requests efficiently and accurately.
• Manage work orders and ensure SLA commitments are met.
• Monitor the SLA commitments and address risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
