Requirements
- Receive calls or emails requests from clients for various reasons related to service or daily operations.
- Respond to customer requests efficiently and accurately.
- Manage work orders and ensure SLA commitments are met.
- Monitor the SLA commitments and address risks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
