General Manager

The General Manager will lead and grow the Southeastern Wisconsin business, overseeing sales, operations, client retention, financial performance, leadership development, and organizational culture.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, sales leadership, or general management
• Proven success leading high-performing teams in a growth-oriented environment
• Strong operational, organizational, and financial management skills
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead effectively under pressure
