The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience, strong operational, organizational, and financial management skills, and a proven track record of success leading high-performing teams in a growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, sales leadership, or general management
- Proven success leading high-performing teams in a growth-oriented environment
- Strong operational, organizational, and financial management skills
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead effectively under pressure
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and operationally
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Strong accountability and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems including CRM and ERP platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; MBA a plus
