General Manager

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead and grow our Southeastern Wisconsin business. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience, strong operational, organizational, and financial management skills, and a proven track record of success leading high-performing teams in a growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, sales leadership, or general management
• Proven success leading high-performing teams in a growth-oriented environment
• Strong operational, organizational, and financial management skills
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead effectively under pressure
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and operationally
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Strong accountability and follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems including CRM and ERP platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; MBA a plus
