City Wide is seeking a General Manager/Managing Partner with strong B2B sales leadership experience to join our successful team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth and the desire to exceed a six-figure income, including ownership distributions.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in leading business development teams, B2B sales teams and/or operations teams
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales workforce with strong accountability for results and achievement of sales goals
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
