Inside Sales Representative

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help our franchise owners grow their businesses. In this role, you’ll be the engine that fills the top of our sales funnel—researching prospects, making outbound connections, and setting up qualified appointments for our franchise sales teams.

Requirements

• Research and identify businesses in assigned franchise markets that could benefit from City Wide’s services.
• Execute 100+ high-quality outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) each day to build interest and schedule qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all outreach efforts and communications.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills.
