We are seeking a Manager of Business Development to lead and develop the Business Development Center team responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating high-quality B2B sales leads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of success leading inside sales or business development teams in a B2B environment
- Strong experience with outbound sales strategies and enterprise prospecting
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals
- Experience evaluating and implementing prospecting technologies such as CRM systems, sales engagement tools, intent data, AI tools, and call technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office Suite
