Spring Health is seeking a Manager, Business Development Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of BDRs to drive pipeline growth and market expansion.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing a Business Development or Sales Development team.
- A documented history of consistently achieving or exceeding team quotas in a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in using AI-enhanced sales tools and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) to analyze data and drive decision-making.
- Deep tactical expertise in multi-channel prospecting, including cold calling, social selling, and email copywriting.
- Experience building and executing onboarding and continuous training programs for sales professionals.
- Strong commitment to mission-driven work and fostering an inclusive team environment.
- High level of comfort with transparency and operating with urgency in a fast-paced setting.
