Job Description
The Impact Manager leads and develops a team of AmeriCorps members to strengthen schools and support students, implementing City Year’s Whole School Whole Child service model and mission. The IM is responsible for AmeriCorps member performance management, leadership development, and service delivery, including academic support, afterschool programming, and school climate initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in education, community engagement, or a related field
- Experience in leadership development, coaching, and team management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
