Data Solutions Analyst

Citylitics is looking for a Data Solutions Analyst to support their sales process by helping prospects understand how Citylitics' proprietary data, market signals, platform workflows, integrations, and purpose-built AI can help them pre-position earlier for future infrastructure projects, unlock business development capacity, and strengthen pricing workflows.

Requirements

• Working experience with AI agents for research, data analysis, workflow configuration, documentation, collateral creation, or customer-facing deliverables
• Keen interest in infrastructure industries and data products and services
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, solutions consulting, implementation, customer success operations, product operations, market research, business analysis, or a similar role
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear business insights
• Experience working directly with customers, prospects, or internal commercial teams
• Comfort leading customer-facing conversations, data workshops, training sessions, or executive-level presentations
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain data, methodology, data integration considerations, and workflow recommendations clearly
• Strong comfort working with dashboards, reports, data exports, and analytical tools
• Experience working with customer data environments and following data security and integration best practices
• Ability to create clear collateral, summaries, and presentations using data
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sales cycles, trials, roadmap tickets, and internal requests at once
