Job Description
The Summer Student - Wading Pool Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the wading pool program within the city’s parks, under the guidance of a Program Coordinator. This includes supervision of staff, training, and assisting with staff evaluations, as well as supervision of participants in the wading pool/area.
Requirements
- High School Student - Minimum Grade 11
- Minimum of 4 months but less than 8 months of related experience
- Current Standard First Aid, CPR-C and AED certificates
- AODA Accessibility/IASR Training
- Current National Lifeguard Pool certificate is an asset
- Current Lifesaving Swim Instructor certificate is an asset
- Current Lifesaving Instructor certificate is an asset
Benefits
- Salary: $19.940 - $21.323 per hour
