Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help support the Credit Union's core banking systems and applications, performing business and systems analysis and serving as a liaison between business units and IT. This role will lead requirements analysis, traceability and testing for enhancements and projects of small and medium complexity, and perform day-to-day operational support.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience acting as a liaison between IT and business units.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of business analysis, reporting of business data, problem identification, resolution, and root cause analysis within business systems/applications.
