7-9 years IT experience, 3-5 years Cyber Security experience, and ability to function in a business office environment

1-3 years of HELOC or mortgage processing experience, Strong knowledge of home equity lending documentation, and Proficiency in loan origination systems (LOS) and digital document platforms

4-6 years of Quality Assurance experience, hands-on experience with automated test suites, strong understanding of QA methodologies, and experience mentoring QA team members

Minimum 1-3 years experience, excellent organizational and analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of business analysis

1-3 years experience in consumer loan product collections, charge off collections, financial services or related field. Understanding of accounting principles and business financial statements and tax returns

1-3 years' experience in collections, accounting principles, and knowledge of credit procedures

1-3 years' experience in consumer loan product collections, charge off collections, financial services or related field, and residency in the State of North Carolina

4-6 years of CRM experience, 1-3 years of management experience, strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills
