Member Business Lending Operations Manager

Member Business Lending Operations Manager responsible for leading the Member Business Loan (MBL) Operations, developing strategies to ensure policies and procedures are met, and providing sound department leadership to maintain the safety and soundness of Civics’ MBL organization collateral.

Requirements

• At least 7-9 year of experience managing and servicing business loans, lines of credit exceeding $10M, and managing loan RE documentation process with an emphasis in commercial loans
• Extensive experience of operational experience in both syndicated and participation commercial loans including experience with working with attorneys or title insurance companies
• Demonstrated knowledge of consumer lending policies, procedures, regulations/legislation and requirements related to collateral perfection and insurance
