We’re hiring an Account Manager to build, manage, and grow relationships with suppliers on Civic Marketplace. You’ll be responsible for ensuring suppliers are successful on the platform, helping them win business, increase visibility, and expand their footprint across public sector buyers.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record of driving renewals, expansions, or revenue growth
- Experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses is a strong plus
- Able to balance relationship-building with revenue ownership
- Proactive and execution-oriented
